Seriously, why would you even bother looking at this home? Its street appearance is plain, it's right on a main road, and the old girl was built way back in about 1950.

"We're not greedy people" say the vendors. And as a result they are hell bent on pricing this home to make it the very best buy for the suburb of Coopers Plains. They are fiercely determined to blow any opposition away. "Make it impossible to beat for the money" they said. So, we've priced it at $359,000 to sell! sell! sell!

It all made me start to think, maybe I have been a bit hard on the old girl. Come and have a look for yourself and see what you think. Regardless of any negatives, it sure looks like someone is going to get the buy of a lifetime here.
