myfavourites
You are not required to register to use the Website. However certain features on the Website may only be available if you do register/join, such as myfavourites, which allows you to store your searches, alerts and favourite properties in one area. You should keep any user name and password that are allocated to you private, and not disclose them to any other person. If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can request that we send an email to your registered email address allowing you to reset your password.
By adding a property to your property shortlist in myfavourites you are asking to receive email alert updates from myhome for status changes to each property, for example a price change or if the property is sold. If you no longer wish to receive email alerts from myhome for a property listed in your myfavourites shortlist, you can individually remove the email alert for each property by following the link at the bottom of the email alert.
For saved search alerts, you can edit the frequency of receiving the alert by selecting the 'Edit alert' link under each search in myfavourites. The default frequency is daily. You can turn of alerts for a search by selecting the 'Turn alert off' link under each search (this link only appears if there is an alert set up).

Email services
The Website provides various ways for you to receive emails from us, such as alerts when new listings are made available if you have joined myfavourites and saved a search. You can manage these emails and elect not to receive them using the tools available on the website, or by contacting us using one of the methods described on the "contact us" page.
The Website also allows other users to send you emails about content on the Website, such as our "email a friend" function. We do not control the users of the Website and cannot be held responsible for emails that you may be sent to you in this manner. If you send such an email, you must ensure that the recipient wishes to receive the email. If you receive unwanted emails from our website, you may contact us using one of the methods described on the "contact us" page to request that further emails to your address be blocked.

To the maximum extent permitted by law no party involved in creating, producing, or delivering myhome manager will be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use myhome manager, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, and whether or not we know of the possibility of such damage.
